Most of us have experienced or will experience a breakup in our lives and too many experience divorce. How we handle and process this difficult time will determine how long we struggle with it.
Do these things if you are going through a breakup or divorce and you will come out on the other end of it more powerful than you've ever been before: Unload ONLY on trusted people (God, close friend, Coach, Therapist), detox/cleanse your mind, heart, and home, process by taking time to be still, pray, and journal, shower yourself with love and positivity, and rest and take a break from intimate relationships.
