When the seasons change, the holiday's are here, kids are back in school, finishing school, we can have a time of chaos and stress, if we don't take control of what needs to go on around us.  In this episode, I share my lessons learned from past change in season, holiday times, shifts in life, and how I now plan and prepare to have PEACE.  Get organized this holiday season and reduce stress.

I will teach you what has worked for me...take what works for you and leave behind what doesn't.


P - Plan & Prepare

E - Exercise through Declutting, Cleaning, Shopping, and Rest

A - Ask for help, ask for lists, and ask for time and space

C - Communicate dates and times of events, set up days, and changes

E - Enjoy family and friends, the season of gratitude and giving, and I enjoy ME, my accomplishments.


And I love leaving all of these examples and strategies and most importantly love during this time, as my legacy for my children. I want to leave a legacy of love and peace...even during times that could be stressful and frustrating.  


We need stress but we can control the level of stress and eliminate unhealthy stress that is caused when we do not prepare and plan out life.
